AGM battery can withstand several times more charge and discharge than a normal battery. They are also incredibly safe, because the battery fluid is absorbed in glass wool, between lead plates. This way the battery is completely leak proof and service free. They are so safe, that they can even be installed inside the cabin, but however, we recommend to install AGM batteries outside. Optimum location would be some place where the sun doesn't shine, for example under the cabin. Battery temperature affects it's operation and high temperatures dramatically reduce battery life.

The GlobalLink 520 includes two communication interfaces that allow up to two VE.Direct devices, such as a BMV battery monitor and / or MPPT charge controller, to be connected directly to the VRM. The device is equipped with an integrated antenna designed to operate worldwide. However, if you need a stronger signal or want to install the module in a work car, for example, an external antenna can be connected.

With the VRM portal, you can check the status of connected products, view accurate graphs of energy flows, generate detailed analysis reports, and even set up automatic alerts in the event of a problem.
